Description :	Le poêle se trouve dans une niche décorée de faux marbres. Il comprend un coffre sur griffes dont la porte est en tôle de fer. La partie supérieure est percée de trous d'évents. Le dessus est en marbre. Le conduit de fumée s'élève au-dessus du coffre : il prend la forme d'une cariatide sculptée. Celle-ci est en terre cuite, peinte en brun.

Historique :	Ce poêle, daté du début du 19e siècle, est conservé dans l'hôtel Chebron de La Rouillère, construit au 18e siècle, et où logea en 1817 le duc d'Angoulême.
