Description :	Deux plaques circulaires en émail peint dans une monture en orfèvrerie : tôle d'argent repoussée et découpée. Chaque plaque est munie d'une poignée en argent au revers.

Précision_sur la representation :	Les plaques représentent deux moines en costume noir, en prière : l'un porte la crosse, l'autre un livre et une palme. Les montures sont formées de deux palmes en sautoir liées par un ruban dans la partie inférieure et de têtes d'angelots émergeant de nuées dans la partie supérieure. Chaque monture est sommée d'une croix rayonnante.
