Précision_sur la representation :	La scène centrale s'étend sur toute la largeur des quatre lancettes, encadrée par une architecture feinte néo-gothique. Saint François d'Assise se présente devant le sultan d'Egypte dans le but de le convertir au catholicisme. A l'arrière-plan, une architecture égyptienne se compose d'un obélisque, d'une allée de sphinx et de colonnes peintes. Dans les trois quatrefeuilles : la stigmatisation de saint François par un séraphin crucifié, saint François et le Christ en croix et saint François et saint Dominique à Rome.
