Historique :	Cette poutre de gloire fait partie de l'ensemble dû aux libéralités du curé Rousseau de Pantigny et des habitants de Denée. A partir de 1743, François Rousseau des Ruaux de Pantigny est nommé à la cure de Denée. Il entreprend l'agrandissement de l'église Notre-Dame et en modifie l'intérieur. Cette protection vient compléter celle du 11 août 1977 qui avait inscrit à l'inventaire supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques l'autel principal, l'autel latéral, la grille d'appui de communion et les boiseries du choeur (PM49002400).
